after im back from AL, intubated a pt to kick start my shift. followed by massive admissions, transfer in/out, entertaining highly educated relatives (becuz they are trying to read inbetween the lines thinking that we are indirectly hinting them on something), pulling feeding tube marathon, shouting parade, leaving hosp at 1am waking up at 5am blahhhh....
